Eeeeyew

So, Ruby found this long icky dead thing on the beach.

I think it was a sand shark.

I had to chase her all over the beach to get it away from her.

I literally had to pry her mouth open to get the dang thing.

Eeeyew.

    Oh dear. When we go to the beach, there are always some dead seals and Cassie is fascinated by them.

    Puppies are such rascals. Our lab found a dead mole as a puppy and getting it away from him was a stinky wrestling match. We had some mouth prying, too.
    Ruby is adorable! Even with the dead shark.

    My friend, Sylvie Hossack, has a lovely line in her book, "The Flying Chickens of Paradise Lane," in which she writes about Mr. Brown a standard poodle, who just loves a good stink.
